*Weekly rentals REQUIRED Memorial Day to Labor Day,
Summer weekends considered, no earlier than 2 weeks in advance.

Slightly higher rates for weekends that fall over holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving); and 1st week of Deer.

Deposits and Refund Policy Overview - Lease Agreement.

 

Cleaning fee is $100.

Linen Service is $50.

6% PA Sales tax; and 3% Clearfield County Hotel tax applies as well (Sorry, but yes that is a total of 9% on top of the rate and cleaning fee applies, same as hotels!)

A $200.00 security/damage deposit will be added to the rental fee. I will refund the security deposit if no damages occur during your stay within 30 days from the end of the rental.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm a weekly reservation. All weekend rentals must pay in full at the time of reservation. I accept credit cards, cash, money orders or personal checks. A $25 service fee will be charged for return checks.

Check-in time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time before 10:30 am.

Tenants are responsible for all damages to the property or missing items during your occupancy. The cabin is inspected after each departure to ensure it is left in good order. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter.
